Download the Adhara app, create your account, and follow the guided onboarding. You can also sign in to the same account on the web at adharaweb.com — your data stays in sync across the app and the web.

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Open the My Card tab and tap Share to send your card by link or QR code, use Connect Nearby to share in person, or tap “Add to Apple Wallet” to keep it on your iPhone.

On supported iPhones, you can accept in-person contactless payments directly in the app — no extra hardware required. Open Orders or Tap to Pay, enter the amount, and hold the customer’s card or device near the top of your iPhone.

Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through your Apple ID in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions. For plans purchased on the web, visit Billing in your account settings at adharaweb.com.

In the app, open More → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, along with any workspaces and data you own, and signs you out. You can also email us at patrick@eimglobalsolutions.com for help. Deletions are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
