If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

Adhara provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, manage, and publish digital content, including websites, blogs, and related digital assets. Our services may include:

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
6. Subscription and Payment

8. Termination

- Your right to use our services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and User Content
- Any outstanding payment obligations will remain due
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADHARA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or system failures
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any damages arising from your use of our services
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adhara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adhara regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
