- Payment Information: Billing address and payment details when you subscribe to paid plans (processed securely through our payment processor).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions and improve user experience.
2.3 Google Account and Calendar Data
If you choose to connect your Google account to Adhara for our scheduling features, we access the following Google data through the Google Calendar API:
- Calendar Event Data (
calendar.eventsscope): We read your existing calendar events to determine your availability and create new calendar events when a booking is confirmed through your Adhara scheduling page. - Calendar Read Access (
calendar.readonlyscope): We read your calendar metadata and free/busy information to show accurate availability to people booking time with you, preventing double-bookings. - Google Account Profile: Your name and email address as associated with your Google account, used to identify your connected calendar.
We only request access to Google data that is strictly necessary for the scheduling features described above. You can revoke this access at any time; see Section 5 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services
- To process transactions and send related information
- To send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
- To respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
- To personalize and improve your experience
- To comply with legal obligations
3.1 How We Use Google Calendar Data
Google Calendar data accessed through our integration is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Availability Display: We query your calendar's free/busy information to show accurate open time slots on your public booking page. Calendar event details (titles, descriptions, attendees) are never shown to the people booking with you.
- Booking Confirmation: When a booking is confirmed, we create a calendar event on your behalf containing the meeting details, attendee information, and any notes provided by the booker.
- Double-Booking Prevention: We monitor your calendar in real time to automatically remove time slots that become occupied while your booking page is live.
We do not use Google Calendar data for any of the following:
- Advertising, ad targeting, or remarketing of any kind
- Training or improving artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- Selling, renting, or licensing to third parties
- Any purpose unrelated to operating the Adhara scheduling feature
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide Google user data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services strictly on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting, transactional email). These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
- Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, legal process, or a binding government request.
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Adhara, our users, or others, where permitted by law.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, provided the acquiring party agrees to honor this Privacy Policy.
- With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit, informed permission to share your information.
Google user data (including Google Calendar data) is never shared with advertising platforms, data brokers, or any party for marketing or analytics purposes unrelated to the Adhara scheduling service.
5. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
Adhara's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In compliance with the Limited Use requirements, we affirm that:
- We only request access to Google user data that is necessary to provide the scheduling features within Adhara.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have expressly given us permission, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or it is required by applicable law.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Adhara scheduling service, with your consent, or as required by law.
5.1 Revoking Google Calendar Access
You may disconnect your Google Calendar from Adhara at any time through your Adhara account settings. Disconnecting will immediately stop all access to your Google Calendar data and will prevent new booking events from being created on your behalf.
You may also revoke Adhara's access directly from your Google account at any time by visitingmyaccount.google.com/permissionsand removing Adhara from the list of connected apps. Revoking access in Google will immediately prevent Adhara from reading or writing to your calendar.
5.2 Google Calendar Data Retention
We store your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens securely to maintain your calendar connection across sessions. We do not store copies of your calendar events beyond what is needed to detect conflicts in real time. When you disconnect your Google Calendar or delete your Adhara account, all stored OAuth tokens and any cached calendar data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Google OAuth tokens stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication for internal systems
- Secure data storage practices on Google Cloud infrastructure
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Google OAuth credentials and any associated Google Calendar data are deleted within 30 days of account deletion or calendar disconnection.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request access to your personal information we hold.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, including disconnecting and deleting all Google user data.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Revoke Google Access: Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time via Adhara account settings or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Adhara integrates with third-party services to provide its features. When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by the third party's own privacy policy and terms. Key third-party services include:
- Google (Calendar Integration): Governed by the Google Privacy Policy. See Section 5 for how we handle Google user data.
- Microsoft (Calendar Integration): Governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft Calendar data is used solely for scheduling availability and booking creation, under the same Limited Use principles described in Section 5.
- Stripe (Payment Processing): Payment information is processed by Stripe. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, sending you an email notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
